Olson Research Group, Inc. is very pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Oczkowski as Chief Operating Officer. Tim brings to Olson Research Group over 15 years of diverse operations and technical management experience having held various leadership and technical positions at TNS, Ipsos and GfK.

Highlights of his experience include the restructuring, development, and leadership of numerous global operations teams; extensive experience building, integrating, and managing offshore operations in India, Romania and Bulgaria; significant experience spearheading efforts to improve operational efficiencies, reducing operating costs, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

As COO, Tim will be responsible for providing the vision and leadership necessary to ensure the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and overall operating efficiency. Tim will also be responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass all business goals and objectives, motivating and leading a high- performance senior management team, and to foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
